Shock absorbing wagon springs. Kit B.91 – LMS/BR covered type.
An etch to help create the distinctive springs as found in use on shock absorbing wagons. Uses 8BA or M2 bolt thread (not included) for the springs. Designed to suit the Rumney Models chassis kits B.01, B.11, B.12, B.51, B.52, B.53 and B.61. Builds into three different versions. Sufficient parts for one wagon.

Covers the LMS/BR corrugated steel end wooden opens and Shocopens. Includes both early and late type brackets. Sufficient parts for two wagons. The design makes use of a jig and etched ‘pins’ to locate the hoops on the end for strength. I will look at doing a similar etch for the LNER steel opens when I have sufficient information.

B.93A and B.93B are designed for use with Rumney Models underframes to provides guitar wire leaf springing for buffers. Guitar wire is included. The difference between the two etches is the depth of the solebar they are designed for. Full details of which underframes they are suitable for can be found in the instrcutions.

Etched in 0.012″ brass they are designed to be folded double for a prototypical thickness. There are 14 pairs on the fret which is sufficient for 7 wagons.

Etched in 0.010″ brass they are designed to be folded double for a prototypical thickness. There are 14 pairs on the fret which is sufficient for 7 wagons.

Etched in 0.015″ nickel silver to make for a slighly more realistic screw coupling. Caters for different link lengths. Sufficient for 2 wagons.
Etched end stanchions to replace those on the Parkside bodies. Two profiles are included covering LNER and BR builds. Label boards and LNE style lamp irons also included. Sufficient parts for 3 wagons.
Intended for Parkside’s PC02A body. Side capping strips, lamp irons and label boards along with correct pattern side strapping for LMS diagrams 2110 & 2150.

Lots of little bit for detailing up plastic kits and RTR models. Includes solebar detailing (number plates, label clips, etc), label boards and two different types of lamp irons. Sufficient bits for 3 or 4 wagons. These parts are not indented for use with Rumney Models underframes as the relevant parts are already included.
Designed to detail the Parkside kit. Includes etched baskets, solebar and bodyside door springs as well as corner steps.
- B.112 Backing Plates for Heavy Duty Axleboxes – £0.50
For use with Rumney Models 7, 8 and 9 leaf spring castings with roller bearings or HD oil axleboxes when fitting to other manufacturer’s underframes. Sufficient for three wagons. You do not need these parts if you are using the springs and axleboxes with a Rumney Models underframe as they are already included.

A detailing fret for use with Bachmann and Parkside, etc wagons. The fret includes both GWR and RCH brake lever guards along with brake levers, new vees, open wagon door springs (two types), solebar and headstock detailing, lamp irons, coupling hooks and Instanter links. There are sufficient parts for 2 wagons.
